Energy value per 100 g. of product: 40 kcal Cooking instructions: (without defrosting). Warm up butter or oil on a frying-pan, then put the contents of package, add a little water, salt to your taste. Stew under a cover until vegetables become soft. Stir during preparation. You may add boiled chicken meat or other ingredients at your discretion. Add seasonings and spices by taste. Serve hot.
